How do you test refurbished CTP machines before dispatch?
Each CTP is powered up, laser-calibrated, imaging-tested on plate and functionally verified; only units passing our 20-point checklist are released.
Do you supply original laser diodes for Screen and Kodak CTP?
Yes — we stock original and compatible laser diodes, thermal heads and consumables for Screen, Kodak, CRON and Amsky CTP.
What does the refurbishment process include?
Full strip-down, cleaning, worn-part replacement, firmware check and calibration, with a pre-shipment test report provided.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Remote engineer support plus on-site installation / repair options, and a parts warranty on refurbished units.
